At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the Registration Deadline (June 15, 2025) at the IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member rate (not at the student rate, even if the author is a student) in order to have the paper published in the IWSSIP 2025 Proceedings.\u00a0<\/p>

One author registration is valid for one paper, additional papers by the same author can be covered by the Additional paper fee (one fee per extra paper).<\/p>

The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. Any co-authors attending the conference should register for the conference according to their status.<\/p>

The paper must be presented at the conference to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore\u00ae<\/a>) if the paper is not presented at the conference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
