Registration Fees
At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the Registration Deadline (June 15, 2025) at the IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member rate (not at the student rate, even if the author is a student) in order to have the paper published in the IWSSIP 2025 Proceedings.
One author registration is valid for one paper, additional papers by the same author can be covered by the Additional paper fee (one fee per extra paper).
The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. Any co-authors attending the conference should register for the conference according to their status.
The paper must be presented at the conference to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

* Full conference fees include: badge, admission to all conference sessions, conference package, lunches during the conference days, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, admission to Gala Dinner and Sight-seeing tour.

(1) IEEE Members must provide proof of their status by providing their IEEE member number during the registration process.
(2) Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form.
